Description: W 180 ft. of Tract No. 40, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 37. Parcel No. 38552720004. According to the Collier County Property Appraiser, there may be dirt roads nearby, but it is unknown if there is water or utilities nearby.  2008 taxes of $1,418.17 have not been paid. Past due taxes are approx. $3,382.67 as of 3-9-2009 (includes 2007 & 2008 taxes). The picture below is of the general area in  Golden Gate Estates not of this particular parcel..
