DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: This membership is 7,000 Premier Vacation Credits
awarded annually in May that can be used at any WorldMark by Wyndham
Resort. According to WorldMark the current credit balance is 1,375 (the
debtors used some of their credits) and the
credits will be available once the past due fees are paid. Owner No. 31012390. Annual fees for
2009 are $444.89 (billed quarterly at approx. $111.22). Past due fees
are approx. $338.66 as of 04-01-09. According to Wyndham, the
timeshare was paid off 07-25-03. Transfer fee: $150.00.
Please note, it can take up to 3-4 weeks to get Transfer Documents from
Wyndham.
