DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Unfortunately Lo Lo Mai Springs was
not very helpful in providing information about the membership.
All we know is that the membership permits a minimum of a two week
stay (it might be year round). We do not know if this is a
lifetime membership or if there is an expiration date on this
contract. Please contact the management company directly for
information. Membership dues are approximately $504 per year for a
new buyer. Past due fees were $259.71 as of 01/18/06 (includes 2
quarters from 2005 and 1 quarter from 2006). Fee to transfer $50.
LIENS: Past due fees: $259.71. We do not know of any
liens.
AMENITIES: Hot Showers, Spring Fed Pond, Clean Restrooms,
Propane, Heated Swimming Pool & Hot Spa, Convenience Store,
Laundry, Club house, Children's Playground, Volleyball,
Basketball, Horseshoes, Shuffleboard and Creek Swimming.
LOCATION: Lo Lo Mai Springs has been home to the Indians of
central Arizona for centuries. This 26-acre camping resort adjoins
Sedona's Oak Creek for three quarters of a mile, a waterway
recently given federal recognition as a "unique waterway." But not
only does the resort lie along the water, it lies above an ancient
aquifer - a stratum of earth or porous rock that contains water.
This wealth of underground water nourishes the giant cottonwoods,
sycamores and evergreens that cover the land. This beautiful
campground is perfect for "year-round" camping, fishing, hiking,
swimming, and other recreational or relaxation activities. The
campground offers ample space for tent and RV camping, or enjoy
the quaint, clean, private cabins.
NOTES: This is all we know about this item. A title search
was NOT performed on this property. BKAssets does not provide
title insurance. If title insurance is desired, the buyer is
responsible for obtaining it through a title company. A document
preparation fee of $100 (payable to seller) will apply. Any
fees/liens owing on this unit are not part of the final bid price.
