DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Campground membership at Thousand Trails. Usage is for all year long, 14 days in and 7 days out (must reserve 90 days in advance). Members can stay at any of 11 parks in Washington and Oregon only. 2007 annual fees of $442.00 are due 11-01-07. Past due fees are approx. $653.11 as of 01-03-07 (includes 2005 and 2006 fees). Rental fees vary depending on location and rental unit types. There is no rental fee for a member who owns their own RV. Transfer fee: $224.75. Picture below is of the Mt. AMENITIES: Thousand Trails parks features campsites with electrical, water, and - in some cases - sewer connections for RV's, restroom and shower facilities, and recreational amenities. At each campground, a manager and staff provide security, maintenance, and recreational programs that vary by location. There are also several different types of rental units, that vary by location, such as: cabins, cottages, yurts, camping trailers and other rental accommodations.
