LIENS: According to the Management Company there are no liens. 2004
Annual fees of $226.12 were due 1-1-04. We do not know of any other liens.
AMENITIES: Studio has kitchen with microwave, stove-top and
refrigerator, 1 bath and a balcony. On-site are a Beach, Full Spa, an Equipped
Exercise Room, Whirlpool Spa or Hot Tub, 2 Swimming Pools, Tennis, para-sailing,
auto rentals, Internet Access, Grocery Store, Indoor Shopping Mall, Boat
marina, laundry facilities and Restaurants. Off-site amenities include: Their
own Golf course nearby, Horseback Riding, scuba diving, and whale watching (in
season).
So Much To Do: Paradise Village is situated in a prime beachfront
location in Nuervo Vallarta, 5 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta
International Airport and approx. 20 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta.
You have spectacular views of Banderas Bay, marina and the mountains. On-site
are a full-service, world-class health spa featuring European wellness
programs and treatments; multiple dining experiences, nightclub, and virtually
all water sports. The complex's unusual Mayan theme is reflected in the
swimming pools, which have caves and waterslides. An 18-hole championship golf
course is just minutes away.
