LIENS:  Past due taxes for 2001 of $86.30. No information yet on 2002 taxes.  Existing loan with payoff of $10487.67 with $2.33 accruing past 1/9/03. We do not know if there are other liens. Loan will be paid from proceeds of sale.  Buyer will be responsible for paying past due taxes apart from sale proceeds.
