$272.65 (taxes included). 1st quarter of 2006 fees of $74.96 are past
due as of 2-1-06. Transfer fee of $200. Debtors purchased for $6,990
in 2001.
LIENS: 1st quarter of 2006 fees of $74.96 are past due as of
2-1-06. We do not know of any liens.

room, an ATM, Internet kiosk, weight-training room, sauna, and an
air-conditioned combination indoor basketball and sport court
facility. In addition, you'll find a day spa, which offers facials and
massage therapy. The resort's swimming pool and sundeck encircle a
20-foot-high rockscape with palm trees, waterslides, waterfalls,
underground walkways, and an outdoor spa.
