DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Estate's 7% Interest in the J. Pierre Mondotte
Limited Partnership. From documents provided by the Debtor, as of September
28, 2001 the partnership held $43,025.01 in an account with Hornor Townsend
& Kent, Inc. located at 4725 N. Scottsdale Rd. #250, Phoenix, AZ.
85016-3448. As of December 31, 2001 the partnership also held $37,168.95 in
the Aquila Group Funds in care of Hornor townsend & Kent.
PARTNERSHIP ASSETS: Pursuant to the partnership documents dated
September 17, 1994 the assets that were contributed to the partnership were:
Bank Account at Bank of America
Bank Account at AZ. Central C.U.
Bank One AZ. Investment Services Account handling several IRA Accounts.
State Farm Life Insurance Policy
Investment in Bank One Investment Services Co. (2) funds:
