To view the Statement of Ownership record of payments for 2008 and the K-1's we have for 2007 (we do not have a K-1 for White #1-H) Click here . The Managing Venturer has the option of the Right of First Refusal ("ROFR"), as well as the remaining Venturers, should the Managing Venturer decide not to exercise that Right. The fee to Transfer the Assignment of Interest will be determined by the Joint Venturers.
