property: Lot 285, Block 1 Tract 402 Amended Pueblo West. Parcel
No. 9522001019. Site address: 1870 E. Jerrian Lane 81007. 2007
taxes: $205.30. According to the Pueblo County Treasurer, past due
taxes are approx. $410.60 (includes 2006 & 2007 taxes). According
to the Pueblo County Assessor there are utilities nearby. We do
not have any pictures of this parcel.
LOCATION: Pueblo County is the tenth most populous of the
64 counties of the State of Colorado of the United States. The
county was named for the historic town of Pueblo which took its
name from the Spanish language word meaning "town" or "village".
The county seat is the City of Pueblo. The area of the District,
with annexations, contains about 26,000 acres or 48 square miles
of contiguous land. Pueblo West is located immediately north of
the Pueblo Dam and Reservoir, which is part of the
Fryingpan-Arkansa Water Project. The dam was constructed in 1975
by the United States Bureau of Reclamation. Pueblo West is located
along the southern edge of the State's major growth corridor. It
is situated approximately 7 miles west of Pueblo and 38 miles easy
of Canon City on Highway 50. Pueblo West is bisected by east-west
U.S. highway 50- and its eastern border is touched by north-south
Interstate 25, which is the major route to Colorado Springs and
Denver.
