Parcel No. 35000-10-016. Reception No. 1193095. The site address for this property is Lot 40 Hatchet Ranch Phase III, Pueblo, CO 81003. According to the Pueblo County Assessor it is unknown if water or utilities are accessible. 2007 taxes: $8.11. According to the Pueblo County, Treasurer past due taxes are approx. $85.80 as of 05-28-08 (includes prior taxes, tax lien amount, interest and late fees). According to the Community Bank Of Colorado, Debtors have a mortgage balance of approx. $2,402.68 as of 05-28-08. We do not have any pictures of this parcel.

LOCATION: Pueblo County is one of the original Colorado counties. The county seat is Pueblo. It was named for the Spanish word meaning "town" or "village". The group of adobe houses built at the site of the present City of Pueblo in 1841-1842 came to be known as "the pueblo".
