Jefferson County, Arkansas, near Pine Bluff. Site address: 5701 Cobb Street,
Pine Bluff, AR. Description of
property: Lot 16, Block 6, College Heights Add. Parcel No. 930-12320-000. According to the
Tax Collector there is a tax lien and a Lot Clearance Lien of $3,030.88 on the property.
There was a house or building on
it that was torn down in
2002. According to the Assessor, it is unknown if there is water, utilities or paved roads. 2008
taxes of $45.60 are due in October 2009 taxes
of $46.80 are past due. Total Past due taxes are approx. $3,199.10 as of
05-12-09 (includes
2007 taxes, 2008 taxes and liens). We do not have
