Site address is Beachwood Dr. 421, Fairfield Glade, TN. According to the Cumberland County Assessor, 2006 taxes of $31.00 have been paid and there are no past due taxes. Past due assessment dues (payable to Fairfield Glade Community Club) are approx. $62.50 as of 04-13-07. We have no pictures of this property.

LOCATION: Fairfield Glade is a Resort/Retirement community located on the Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee between Knoxville and Nashville. It is home for about 6,000 residents, in addition to numerous timeshare visitors. The Fairfield Glade Community Club is the homeowner's association responsible for operating and maintaining most of the facilities. It maintains the roads and other facilities, and operates it's own sewage treatment plant in addition to operating the resort amenities. Facilities include: 4 spectacular 18 hole golf courses (All have pro shops, practice facilities, a snack bar, and numerous golf groups); 10 tennis courts, both indoor and outdoor for all season play, with pro shop and lessons available; 11 lakes for fine fishing and other activities. The two largest lakes have marinas and swimming beaches. Boat and fishing equipment rentals are available.; Druid Hills Legends with the main dining room and Fireside Lounge; A Recreation Center (with gymnasium, basketball, bike rentals, billiards, video arcade, crafts, square dancing and more); 2 outdoor swimming pools (One for families and one for adults only); Multi-Purpose building (with meeting and activity rooms, a library, and Arts & Crafts; Miniature Golf and shuffleboard courts; Robinhood Park with two picnic pavilions, fishing pier, restrooms, and playground.
