-Red season. Original contract for 15 years ends in 2015. Annual fees of
$468.91 for 2005 are due on Jan 1st. Transfer fee $350.
LIENS: Per the Management company, there are no past due fees. We do
not know of any liens.
AMENITIES: All units have a partial kitchen, microwave, A/C and
Telephone. On-site amenities include: Auto Rental, child care, exercise
equipment, grocery store, hairdresser, laundry, lift/elevator, medical
facilities, playground area, restaurant, sauna, snack bar, spa, swimming pool,
whirlpool/hot tub. Other nearby amenities include: Beach, boating, fishing,
live entertainment, shopping area and golf within 1 mile.
LOCATION: Cabo San Lucas, located at the southern tip of Baja
Peninsula, is well known for its dry climate and famous as one of the best
spots for deep-sea fishing. Marlin, dorado, sailfish, and swordfish are the
best catches. Beautiful scenery abounds as nearby mountains continue into the
peninsula, narrowing at its end to form a magnificent natural stone arch,
carved from the beating of the waves over the centuries. Marina Fiesta is
right on the heart of Cabo San Lucas.
