Parcel No. 290251001034100. According to the Assessor, there are paved roads, water and utilities nearby. 2007/2008 taxes are approx. $144.00. Past due taxes, payable by the Buyer, are approx. $153.00 as of 04-06-09 (includes 2007/2008 taxes and late fees). We do not have any pictures of this parcel.

LOCATION: Appanoose County is a county located in the U.S. state of Iowa. The county was formed on February 17, 1843, from open territory. The present county seat was formerly called Chaldea, and was later renamed to Senterville in honor of Governor Senter of Tennessee. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 516 square miles, of which, 496 square miles of it is land and 20 square miles of it is water.
