There are 6,000 unused credits from 2004 that will expire 09-30-06 and 6,000 unused credits from 2005. Account #00032003800. Owner #32003800. 2006 Annual fees: $405.47 (billed quarterly). Past due fees are approx. $413.14 as of 08-11-06 (includes part of 2005, 3 quarters of 2006 and late fees). Transfer fee: $150. Debtors paid $9,300 in 2005.
