First year available usage is 2008 depending upon availability. Contract No. SVM15643. Annual fees for 2008 of $727.29 have been paid. According to Diamond Resorts, past due fees, payable by Buyer, are approx. $70.00 (Club dues) as of 08-22-08 and there is no fee to transfer the membership. According to Diamond Resorts, the Debtors purchased in 2001 and the timeshare is paid off.  Pictures below are of the home resort at Scottsdale Villa Mirage, AZ.
