DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Studio Unit with 1 bath, 1 week annually, floating
- Swing Season, for 2004 season is 4-17-04 thru 5-15-04 or 9-18-04 thru
11-24-04. According to the management company there is a possibility the Buyer
could get credit for the 2003 week through RCI. Annual fees of $376.09 for
2003 are current. Transfer fee of $75.
LIENS: Per the Management company, there are no past due fees. We do
not know of any liens.
AMENITIES: All units have a full or partial kitchen with a microwave.
Some units have a dishwasher. On-site amenities include: Beach, games room,
lake, laundry, playground area, Exercise equipment, tennis, swimming pool,
sauna, whirlpool/hot tub and a restaurant. Amenities nearby (within 3 miles)
include: a casino, live entertainment, golf, fishing, horseback riding,
Cross-Country and Downhill skiing, boating, water skiing, wind surfing, scuba
diving, a grocery store, medical facilities, and a shopping area.
LOCATION: Located on Lake Tahoe's southern shore, Tahoe Beach & Ski
Club boasts more than 400 feet of provate beach. When you're not on the lake,
swim in the year-round heated outdoor pool or relax in the warmth of the sauna
and hot tubs. There are more than 20 ski resorts within an easy drive. The
slopes of Heavenly Valley are just a mile from the resort.
