DESCRIPTION OF ITEM:  2 parcels (351-05-074 and 351-05-071) totaling 10 acres of undeveloped land in Gateway Acres, Mohave County, AZ.  No water/well, no utilities, dirt road to property. 

LIENS: According to the County Treasurer, there are past due taxes of $116.24 for 2001/2002 for each parcel totaling $232.48. We do not know if there are other liens.
