Membership expires in 2029. According to the Management Company the annual fees for 2009 of approx. $534.75 are due in 2009 and there are no past due fees. Transfer fee of $250.00 required by Management Company. According to the Management Company the timeshare was purchased for $7,050.00 in January 2001 and it is paid off.
