DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: The Shell Vacation Club membership for sale is for 2025 points annually which can be used at any of the 15 Shell Vacation Club Resorts with a preference for the resorts in Hawaii. Annual fees for 2003 were $521.20 with a balance due of $280.41. Transfer fee of $125.

LIENS: Past due fees are $280.41. We do not know of any liens.
