property was left to the above referenced Debtor and to co-owner Karen
Genovese of East Haven, Connecticut by his Aunt, Josephine Perolla. The
property is subject to a life estate interest by the Aunt's elderly Sister,
Concetta Perolla Dest of East Haven, CT. The lot size is described as 0.22
acres and zoned R-2. Improvements are described as a single family wood sided
raised ranch style dwelling. According to the Assessor's records there is
1,580 sq. ft. of living area, seven rooms, three bedrooms, one and one-half
baths. There is a partially finished basement and a one-car garage. Overall
condition at the time of the visit by the appraiser per his report of May 18,
2003 was fair.
