DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Item is a 1995 Silvercrest Park Model RV at Leaf Verde R/V Resort, 1500 S. Apache Rd. #103, Buckeye, AZ. 2008 taxes are $280.36, Parcel #973-03-154 0. Past due taxes are approx. $680.63 as of 09-05-08. VIN No. 1W9133836S1186364, serial # 486364 licensed by the state of Arizona.. MH Size: 1237 (12' W x 37' L = smaller than a single-wide). EXTERIOR: The RV has an awning protruding from the side of the RV that creates a 'carport' or covered 'patio' and shelters two separate doorway entrances.  Four tires are stored near the air conditioner at the back of the lot. INTERIOR: Furnished, one bedroom, one bathroom, vaulted ceiling, sky light, plant shelves, bay and arched windows, bevel glass clerestory windows, ceiling fans, solid surface countertop w/ integral sinks, light oak cabinetry accented w/ beveled mirror, coordination fabrics and furniture.

ABOUT LEAF VERDE R/V RESORT: Rental rates based on (2) persons per RV: Daily - $28.00 for full hookup, plus tax. Weekly - $150.00 for full hookup, plus tax. Monthly - $350.00 plus electric, plus tax.  After 6 months - $295.00 plus electric (if you leave your RV dry on site, the 6 month rule is no longer valid. The higher prevailing rate will apply when you check back onto your site. Monthly sites require an electric deposit. To check in October - April the charge is $50.00. To check in May - September the charge is $150.00. Extra charges apply for extra people, pets, RV Dump, RV washing, and storage rates. On-Site Amenities include 50 amp available, handicapped access, internet access, swimming pool and propane. Nearby amenities include golfing, other lodging, launch ramp, fishing and miniature golf.
