DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Single family residence at 509 North Trautman in
Broadus Montana-in southeastern Montana on the Powder River. House was built
in 1959. It is 800 sq. ft. on the 1st floor with an 800 sq. ft. basement.
There is 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the ground level and 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1
bath in the basement. The house is on a lot 50x140 (7000) sq. ft. There is a
garage on the lot 20x24. There has been some hail damage to the outside and
some flood damage to the inside.
LIENS: The property taxes for 2002 were $546.70. Taxes are paid through
11/2003 We do not know of any liens.
