DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: The Shell Vacation Club membership for sale is for 1,250 premier points annually which can be used at any of the Shell Vacation Club Resorts with a preference for the resorts in Arizona. The referenced and pictured resort is the home resort for these points. Annual fees for 2005 are $345.00, 2005 past due fees are $187.50 (billed so far with a $15 late fee). Transfer fee $125.
