According to the Cripple Creek Mountain Estates POA, there are gravel roads maintained by the county. 2005 taxes of $97.00 have been paid. 2006 taxes of $94.84 are due by the end of April, or they can be billed in 2 installments. 2007 Association dues of approx. $165.00 are due in May. There is a $3,000.00 lien for reinstatement fee for water rights which were forfeited in June of 1993. LOCATION: Teller County begins 20 miles West of Colorado Springs and is accessed via State Highway 24 West. It is almost directly in the center of the State of Colorado at elevations ranging from 8,000 feet in Woodland Park to over 14,000 on the back side of Pikes Peak. Cripple Creek is a city in Teller County which is 44 miles south west of Colorado Springs, Colorado on the southern slopes of Pikes Peak.
