bedroom/2 bath unit in Premium season, 1 week annually. Annual fees for 2004
were $570.30. Past due fees of $677.33. Usage is available for 2004 but 2004
points are not available for banking. Last year use is 2033 with possibility
of 35 year renewal. Management Company requires a $75 transfer fee. Existing
member may need approval for sale from Paradise Village.

LIENS: Past due fees of $677.33 for 2004. We do not know of any
liens.
AMENITIES: Unit has a full kitchen with microwave, stove-top and
refrigerator and a balcony. On-site are a Beach, Full Spa, an Equipped
Exercise Room, Whirlpool Spa or Hot Tub, 2 Swimming Pools, Tennis, para-sailing,
auto rentals, Internet Access, Grocery Store, Indoor Shopping Mall, Boat
marina, laundry facilities and Restaurants. Off-site amenities include: Their
