LOCATION FACTS: This is undeveloped land near Taos. There is water
available but there is no meter on this lot. The roads are graded rock and
there is phone and electric available. The Developer is Angel Fire Resort and
they have fees like a timeshare the annual fee for 2003 is $476.70.
LIENS: Amount owed to Angel Fire Resort for past due assessment fees is
$6,620.13 as of 5/7/03. Taxes due as of 6-10-03 are $508.41 (good until
