DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Membership #SI-O-P-00351, 1 bedroom/1 bath, Silver unit type. 1 week every odd year (biennial), Floating - Prime Season (weeks 1-52). First year available usage is 2009. Owners can stay at any ILX/Premiere Vacation Club resort (see ILX Resorts below for more details). 2008 annual fees of $320.00 (billed annually) have not been paid. Past due fees are approx. $320.00 as of 01-01-08. Transfer fee of $100. Debtors paid in full 12-15-99. ILX has the "first right of refusal". The sale cannot be completed with the winning bidder until the "first right of refusal" has been waived by ILX. Payment is required to request the Waiver and will be returned to the Buyer if ILX exercises their right.

LIENS: Past due fees are approx. $320.00 as of 01-01-08, payable by Buyer. We do not know of any liens.

ILX Resorts: The ILX portfolio of resorts consists of six resorts in Arizona, one in Indiana, one in Colorado, one in San Carlos, Mexico, and land adjacent to an existing resort for which it holds development rights. Vacation Ownership Interests in individual ILX Resorts and in Premiere Vacation Club may be exchanged for stays at other resorts through the major national exchange networks in which ILX owners may participate, including RCI and II. Descriptions of all units and amenities for each resort can be found at the Premiere Vacation Club website. The resort pictured below is Los Abrigados in Sedona, AZ.
