• Mypersonalauctioneer.com charges 25% of the final selling price of each item (or lot of items) sold. 

• We reserve the right to charge a $75 preparation fee for all real estate and time share sales

• Buyer subject to Arizona State and local sales tax of 8.1% if resident of Arizona
